and if you're saying to yourself... "hey... what in the world is an LMFAO?" well.... they are the guys that sing "Party Rock Anthem" which is included in the Kia Soul commercials and now "Sexy and I know it" which is the new M&M commercial.


Yea, some people do find them repulsive and extremely annoying, but I love music and I love to dance, and these guys make me wanna dance! lol

Justice for Children....

So... A lot of awful, tragic things have been happening to kids lately. I don't know if I've been noticing more of it since I became a mother, but, It is something that really gets to me, and I'm assuming, A LOT of other people out there. The latest case that has been talked about is of course the Josh Powell case.

This is a TRAGIC murder and I can not believe that any parent would be capable of not only killing the mother of their child, which yes, I believe he did murder her, but taking the life of his two young boys.

For those who have not heard, This man named Josh Powell was a suspect in the case of his missing wife back in 2009. According to Powell, the last time he saw his wife was before he took their sons, Charlie and Braden, then 2 and 4 on a camping trip to a freezing desert around midnight. Yea... that doesn't sound fishy at all right? anyway, after the disappearance of his wife, he moved in with his father, Steve Powell, who apparently was arrested for possession of child pornography. The kids were taken away from Powell because of that and the kids were living with Susan's parents. Powell was granted supervised visits with the boys, but this one time, on Sunday Feb 5, the social worker went to drop the boys off and she claims that Powell, snatched the kids and closed the door and locked the social worker out of the house. He used a hatchet on their necks and later set the house on fire! Yes... insane!

I just don't understand how ANYBODY can cause harm to someone else, let alone an innocent child! What could a kid possibly do to get you so pissed off that you want to kill them? The boys had nothing to do with anything that happened! kill yourself, leave them alone!

What I have been hearing through the news grapevine is that Powell had told the eldest, Charlie, that he had a surprise for them on Sunday, this is what the social worker had said. and I also heard that after the mother's disappearance the boys were very quiet, but they were slowly starting to talk and act normal, they were telling family members that they remember going camping with mommy in the trunk!

INSANE!


I just can't believe this story, it is so sad! Poor kids! I hope that they finally can rest in peace! and that Josh Powell, that coward, rots in hell!

Is Jersey Shore SCRIPTED?

Sooo..... It's Thursday and I'm doing what I normally do on Thursday nights at 10pm.... I'm watching Jersey Shore! lol, Yes yes yes, I know.. trash tv, but to be honest, I LOVE IT! I don't think it's because of the drama, although, I do like the amount of drama in it, I think it's because, I just need to veg out after a long, exhausting day taking care of the baby. I need something that I don't even have to think about, it's a show... and I'm watching! lol

But, the topic that I really wanted to talk about was the whole, " is it scripted" controversy. I was reading on the Huffington post that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino admitted on LIVE with Kelly, that some of the things on the show were scripted. The Situation said, "I had to tell them that whatever they see on TV was a little, uh, ya know ..." before trailing off. "Staged!" Kelly Ripa interjected. He replied by saying "Yeah" but he then followed it up by saying that he was joking! was he? was he really joking? Well... a couple of days ago, I stumbled upon a Youtube video of a guy going over the episode where Deena and Nicole got in to a bar fight while in Italy. This guy did a play by play of everything that was wrong with this shot. He had pointed out that the ice that was thrown at the girls came from a mysterious hand, that a woman wearing a head piece whispered something into their ears and then went back behind the camera and after that, the girls started destroying bottles of what seemed to be expensive liquor but when you looked up close, it was actually just mixers...


sooo... Yea... is it scripted? I'm sure some things are staged, BUT I do feel like a lot of it is actually real. A lot of the times the cameramen could miss something funny or something very important and they would be asked to re do it... it's hard to redo something without having it look staged.

but...

whether or not it's staged, I really don't care and I don't think the rest of America does either... we still watch each and every week, and it's because it's fun to watch. It's a fun show, with people who make us laugh and clearly keep us coming back for more, lol.

Life as a new mommy!

So... It's been a while since I've had a blog posting. I'm in this Internet Writing class in school now, and I have to blog twice a week, which is nice, because now I can get my blog back up and running :)

so... since my last blog posting I became a mommy :) and it is such an exhausting full time job, but it's one that I wouldn't give up for anything in the world! Olivia is the best thing that has every happened to me! She is funny, intelligent and beautiful and I am so grateful to have a man in my life that helps me out with everything... I of course do most of the work, but he helps out where he can!

Moving up in the world....

So.... My boyfriend and I just got our very first apartment! We haven't moved in yet, we have to pay the lease and stuff but can i just tell you how excited i am?!?!

i'm so excited! lol

it's definitely a big step for us. now i'll def be bogging more often.I'll be talking about ALL the stupid shit men do! lol jk!

So....

it seems like theres a dead celebrity every other week or so but some people are still so rude. I mean, yeah so you didn't like that person but does it mean that you still have to be a douche bag about them dying... i mean really like today Cory Heim passed away and on someone's facebook status it said "Heim is dead, good, that's one less douchebag we have to worry about it. feldman, you're next" uhm... really... respect the dead man..... respect! it's not even like you knew that person personally all you saw was what was on televeision, you don't know their struggles or their hobbies, you don't know them like that so you can't judge.

RIP to everyone that has passed away... celebrity or not, you deserve to be respected whether they liked you or not

Black girl hair? or white girl hair?

So... my boyfriend and his sister called me up today and said that they were having an intervention bc i have a "product addiction" I thought they were talking about me having a hair straightener,blow dryer, 5,000 brushes and combs, hair spray,moose, etc., you know what i'm saying?

no... they were talking about wanting me to start using this black girl hair gel and that wasn't even the name of it, that's just what HE called it...

uhm...

I kinda didn't like that i'm not gonna lie, not bc my boyfriend is white and i think he's racist, but bc i felt like i was getting ganged up on...

I don't have the so called "black girl hair" or the so called "white girl hair" I'm right SMACK in the middle... I have "Hispanic girl hair" i guess you can say... I don't need as many products as the black girls but i need more products than the white girls.
My black friends tell me how much they love my "nice" hair and the white girls love my hair too, but it's clear that it's kinda different...

why do I have to be categorized? you know... damn... just had to get that off my chest bc it kinda made me mad a little bit...

no, i didn't break up with him, lol... he doesn't know any better i guess. he just likes running his fingers through my hair so i figuered i would just punish him by not letting him touch me, lol
